UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, flat rate £3.95. Free shipping on orders over £40. You can upgrade to Guaranteed Next Day (by 1pm), I do try to dispatch these the same day, but that's not always possible, especially for orders placed after 12pm, so factor dispatch time in when choosing this option.

EU & Northern Ireland Shipping

I'm really sorry to say I'm no longer able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland, due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR). As a small business, I can't cover the extra costs and admin involved in meeting the new requirements. I wish I could, it's just not something I'm able to manage right now. I really appreciate your understanding.

Dispatch Times

Once you've placed your order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days, then you'll get a follow-up email with tracking info for your parcel. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.

Update for US Customers

From September 2025, the US removed its $800 duty-free threshold, so all parcels entering the US are now subject to import duties and handling fees. To keep things simple, blóma now includes US import duties in product prices (around 10%) and covers the handling fee within shipping rates. Everything's prepaid at checkout, no surprise charges on arrival. Standard tracked shipping to the US is now £18.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For international orders, shipping's a flat rate of £12.00 via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery can take up to 14 working days depending on the destination, get in touch for more info on your specific country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning you're responsible for any customs duties or taxes that apply under your country's regulations. For EU customers, items shipped from the UK may be subject to customs duties or taxes post-Brexit, contact your local customs office for more info.

Gift Card Delivery

Gift cards are delivered electronically via email, instantly after purchase, so double-check the email address at checkout. There's no physical card, the recipient uses the unique code at checkout. All gift card sales are final, non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash or another payment method. If the email gets lost, contact hello@blomashop.com with your order details and we'll help however we can. Gift cards don't expire, and can't be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories can't be returned. Gift vouchers and personalised or custom orders are also non-refundable. If you're unhappy with your order or think something's wrong with it, get in touch with your order number and reason for returning, within 14 days of purchase. We recommend a tracked postage service for returns, as blóma can't accept responsibility for items lost in transit. All items must come back in their original condition and packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and sale items are non-refundable.
