Delivery Policy

Dispatch Times

  •  Once you have placed your order you will receive an email to confirm we have received.
  • We then aim to dispatch it within 2-3 working days.
  • Then once it has been dispatched you will receive an email with all relevant tracking information for your parcel.
  • Please ensure the email address you provide during the checkout is correct.

UK Shipping

  • All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at a flat rate of £4.00. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class parcels within 3 working days.
  • You can upgrade to Guaranteed Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm (I do try and dispatch next day delivery orders the same day but please note this is not always possible, so please do take dispatch time into consideration when selecting this postage option)

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!!!
  • For international orders, we ship via Royal Mail International Tracked at a flat rate of £12.00.
  • Please note that delivery can take up to 14 working days depending on the destination. For more information on delivery times for your country please get in contact.

Expedited Delivery

  • If you need faster delivery, please contact us to discuss the best option available for your location.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays in postal services may occur. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply according to your country’s regulations.
  • For EU customers, due to Brexit, items shipped from the UK may now be subject to customs duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

  • Due to hygiene reasons earrings and hair accessories can't be returned. Gift vouchers and personalised/custom orders are also non-refundable.
  • If you receive your order and you are unhappy with it or think there is something wrong with it, please get in contact quoting your order number and reason for returning within 14 days of the original purchase*
  • We recommend you use a tracked postage service to post items back to us, as bloma will not except responsibility for any items lost in transit.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.

Gift Card Delivery Policy

Delivery Method

  • All gift cards are delivered electronically via email.
  • Once your purchase is completed, the gift card will be sent instantly to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure the correct email address is entered, as the gift card will be delivered to that email.

No Physical Product

  • This is a digital gift card only; no physical card will be posted to you. The recipient can use the gift card for purchases by entering the unique code at checkout.

No Refunds or Exchanges

  • All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
  • Please double-check the email address and amount before completing your purchase, as we cannot make changes after the gift card is issued.

Lost or Misplaced Gift Cards

  • If you or the recipient misplace the email containing the gift card, please contact our support team at hello@blomashop.com with the order details, and we will try our very best to help you.

Expiration and Terms of Use

  • Our gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time. However, they are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on our website.
  • Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.
