Shipping and Returns
**due to the current pandemic there maybe possible delays to postal services worldwide. Please take this into account when waiting for your order to be delivered**
-Orders are dispatched 2 to 3 times a week.
-All UK orders are posted 1st class signed for please allow up 5 working days after your item has been dispatched for it to arrive.
-For the rest of the world parcels are sent via Royal Mail International standard. Delivery can take up to 14 working days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you the buyer are responsible for paying any customs/taxes that may be applied depending on your country’s rules and regulations.
-If you require a faster delivery service, please get in contact.
-Due to hygiene reasons earrings and hair accessories can't be returned if they have been worn. Gift vouchers and personalised/custom orders are also non refundable.
-If you receive your order and you are unhappy with it or think there is something wrong with it, please get in contact quoting your order number and reason for returning within 14 days of the original purchase*
- We recommend you use a tracked postage service to post items back to us, as bloma will not except responsibility for any items lost in transit.
-All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
-Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
-All items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
