Shipping⁣

**due to the current worldwide pandemic there maybe possible delays to postal services delivering your order . Please take this into account when waiting for your order to be delivered as delivery dates can not be guaranteed**⁣

-Orders are dispatched 2 to 3 times a week. ⁣
-All UK orders are posted 1st class signed for please allow up 5 working days
after your item has been dispatched for it to arrive.⁣
​-For the rest of the world parcels are sent via Royal Mail International standard. Delivery can take up to 14 working days. ⁣
-If you require a faster delivery service, please get in contact.⁣⁣

Custom charges and taxes⁣⁣

Once your order has been dispatched, you the buyer are responsible for paying any customs/taxes that may be applied depending on your country’s rules and regulations.⁣⁣
Returns⁣

-Due to hygiene reasons earrings and hair accessories can't be returned. Gift vouchers and personalised/custom orders are also non refundable.⁣
-If you receive your order and you are unhappy with it or think there is something wrong with it, please get in contact quoting your order number and reason for returning within 14 days of the original purchase*⁣
- We recommend you use a tracked postage service to post items back to us, as bloma will not except responsibility for any items lost in transit. ⁣
-All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.⁣
-Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.⁣
-All items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.⁣

Fraudulent Payments⁣

All transactions are subject to Shopify's fraud analysis software.⁣
Shopify's fraud analysis provides indicators for each order and allow us to investigate orders that may be fraudulent.The indicators can include information such as:⁣

-whether the credit card used for the order passes AVS checks⁣
-whether the customer provided the correct CVV code⁣
-details about the IP address used to place the order⁣
-whether the customer tried to use more than one credit card.⁣

The fraud analysis software gives us a rating for each transaction as being low, medium or high risk of being fraudulent. ⁣⁣
It is our policy to cancel all orders deemed high risk by Shopify's fraud analysis software.
